"I called Ebie for a quote on cleaning a recently purchased vintage Kazak rug, and he promptly came to my house to inspect the rug, gave me a price, and took the rug to clean. He estimated about two weeks to finish, but was done in one week. When he returned the rug, it was beautiful and clean, looked so much better and was soft to the touch. Ebie also noted I did not have a rug pad for my newly purchased (and cleaned) Kazak rug, and gave me a good price on a custom cut rug pad and delivered that to me right away. To top it off, he was running a special offer of a gift card to Vivace with any rug cleaning. Overall, Ebie was a pleasure to work with and someone I would recommend to friends and family. I have other oriental and Persian rugs that will eventually need cleaning, and I will be calling Ebie again."
